Features:
TPO is a highly efficient free radical (1), a high efficient optical absorption of the initiator in the long wavelength range. Because it has a wide range of absorption, the absorption peak is 350-400nm, has been caused by absorption of about 420nm, its absorption peak than conventional initiator is too long, the light can generate benzoyl and phosphoryl two free radicals can cause polymerization, so the light curing speed, it also has photobleaching, suitable for thick film coating and deep curing yellowing characteristics with low volatile, for water.
This product is used for the white system, can be used for UV curing coatings, printing inks, adhesives, UV curing optical fiber coating, photoresist, photopolymerization plate, stereo lithographic resin, composite materials, dental fillings etc..
The use of this product should be based on the actual results of the experiment, it is recommended to add the amount of 0.5-4%w/w. It can be completely solidified on the surface of white or high titanium dioxide pigment. The coating does not change, the effect of polymerization is low, and there is no residue. Can also be used for transparent coatings, especially for low odor products.
